What Is Celebration Of Achievement?

The Multicultural Center for Academic Excellence (MCAE) and the Office for Equity and Diversity (OED) invite you and your family to be part of the 16th annual MCAE Celebration of Achievement event on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 from 6pm – 7:30pm at the Northrop Carlson Family Auditorium with a reception to follow. This event is a celebration that brings together undergraduate, graduate, and professional students from traditionally underrepresented populations to recognize their accomplishments and achievements. Each graduate will receive a hand-woven stole to wear at their formal college graduation ceremony. Our stoles are free to those students who participate in the event on May 6th 2020. Registration is limited.

This is a formal and celebratory event—please dress accordingly. Traditional attire is encouraged.
