The MCAE & COIN Intern team training prior to the beginning of the fall semster.
Our 2nd Year Student Internship Program is a year long paid internship designed to promote academic, leadership, professional, and critical thinking skills of MCAE and COIN students. Interns develop a broad range of leadership skills through ongoing skill building, collective planning and reflection, and individual development plans. Additionally, student-led efforts serve as a vehicle for leadership development while simultaneously working to create a more welcoming campus climate and promote education equity on campus.
Our Student Interns help manage the front desks, assist with MCAE programs and events, and work with staff and partners to create positive change in our campus. They are essential in the design and implementation of programs and services conceived to increase student engagement, support holistic academic achievement and create an inclusive and welcoming learning environment for all students, faculty and staff.
