The application for the 2024 - 2025 academic year will open on January 17th, 2024.
The application will close at 11:59pm on March 3rd, 2024. Late/incomplete applications will not be considered.
Applicants will receive an email regarding whether or not you have been invited for an interview on or around March 8th, 2024.
Interviews will be held throughout March - April, with final decisions shared with all applicants on or around April 15th, 2024.
All the positions listed above except the Front Operations Intern* can be applied for using a single application.
As you progress through the application, you will have to option to indicate the position(s) you wish to be considered for, and the application will adjust accordingly.
Important Note: After you select the roles you wish to apply for, it will not be possible to go backwards in the application. If you would like to prepare your answers in advance, the application questions can be found on the Position Description document for each role. All position descriptions are provided above.

The general portion of the application will ask for the following:
- Personal Information (name, UMN email and ID, pronouns, college, major, workstudy, etc)
- Do you have a workstudy award? (Workstudy is preferred for some positions, but not required. If you are unsure if you have received workstudy for this year, be sure to connect with OneStop!)
- Have you been involved in an MCAE/COIN LLC?
