The 2026-2027 MCAE Student Position Application is now live!
The application is now open and will remain open until 12PM CT on Friday, April 10th.
Incomplete applications will not be considered after that deadline. Following the submission of your application, you will receive individual follow up from an MCAE staff member regarding next steps for the position(s) you applied for.
All the positions listed above can be applied for using a single application.
As you progress through the application, you will have to option to indicate the position(s) you wish to be considered for, and the application will adjust accordingly.
Important Note: After you select the roles you wish to apply for, it will not be possible to go backwards in the application. If you would like to prepare your answers in advance, the application questions can be found on the Position Description document for each role. All position descriptions are provided above.
The general portion of the application will ask for the following:
- Personal Information (name, UMN email and ID, pronouns, college, major, workstudy, etc)
- Do you have a work study award? (Work study is preferred for some positions, but not required. If you are unsure if you have received work study for this year, be sure to connect with OneStop!)
- How have you been involved with MCAE?
- Position(s) you are applying for
